Does my child need experience?
No. Grit Movers, Grit Minis, Ninja 1 and Parkour 1 welcome beginners. GritFit classes are scaled to every level. Coaches meet athletes where they are.
What should we wear and bring?
Wear athletic clothes without buttons, zippers, jewelry, watches or belts. Athletic shoes are required on the training floor—no bare feet or grip socks. Bring water, empty pockets and tie back long hair.
Is there a waiver?
Yes. Every participant needs a signed waiver before stepping onto the training floor. Complete it online in advance or on arrival, before taking part. A parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18; a party host cannot sign for another family’s child.
What classes do you offer for kids?
Movers (ages 2–3) and Minis (3–5) are 30-minute classes. Youth options include Ninja, Parkour, Homeschool and Ninja 1 Adaptive, with ages depending on the class. Teen Ninja/OCR is for ages 15–17. Youth and teen classes are 60 minutes. Teams start at age 7 with coach approval.

Athletes follow the Grit Club skill tree. Coaches move them up when they demonstrate each skill safely and consistently.

Do you have homeschool classes?
Yes. Grit Homeschool, ages 5–16, meets Wednesday at 1 PM and Thursday at 2 PM. Parents can take GritFit HIIT at the same time.

What if a class does not fill?
Classes open once five students are enrolled; teams are exempt. If a class does not reach the minimum, we will help you move to another time or level, or provide a refund.
Do you have classes for adults?

Start with GritFit OCR 1/2 on Tuesday at 7 PM. Experienced racers can move to OCR 3 on Saturday at 8 AM with coach approval.
